Do I need to be confident to benefit from this?
No. Confidence is not required starting point. Most experienced candidates feel more confident once they stop improvising and understand what interviewers are actually listening for. This work focuses on creating that clarity first.
What if my interview is coming up soon?
That’s often when this support is most valuable. I focus on what will move the needle in the time you actually have – helping you avoid over-preparing, second-guessing or chasing details that won’t influence the decision. In time-critical situations, direct guidance can significantly reduce unnecessary stress.
How practical is this - theory or hands-on?
What if I’m invited to interviews but don’t get offers?
This is common at experienced and senior levels. Recruiters and hiring managers often run several processes in parallel, some with evolving priorities and unspoken criteria. Decisions are based on specific signals, not just overall competence.
